1 GENERAL
Scoot-a-long accepts your booking as a binding contract between the person signing the booking form and all adult members of the party. Scoot-a-long reserve the right to make alterations without further notification all information in our brochure is right at the time of going to press.

2 AUTHORITY TO SIGN
The person signing the contract must be over 18 years of age  and be a member of the party. Signatory must agree all booking conditions and be authorised to sign on behalf of all adult members the party. This in turn means that all adult members of the party will be jointly responsible for any breach of terms and conditions.

3 BOOKING AND PAYMENT.
Booking forms must be signed and returned to Scoot-a-long accompanied by £50 deposit which is non-refundable, along with a £50 cheque with card number on the reverse as a deposit against damage, that will be returnable on the caravan being left in the same condition as it was found. The contract for booking is only made when accepted by Scoot-a-long. All monies paid are non-refundable, balances are due 28 days before arrival at caravan. If arrival is less than 28 days before booking then payment in full is required at time of booking. Scoot-a-long reserve the right to decline any booking without explanation

4 PARTY MAKE-UP
No accommodation may be occupied by more than the designated amount of people on the booking form, customers are asked to leave the caravan and it’s contents in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. The signatory of the booking form will be responsible for all damage done and loss sustained as a result of your stay. The booking form signatory expressly agrees that Scoot-a-long may make a further charge, as may be necessary, to reimburse Scoot-a-long against any liability of theirs to the company including but not limited to, damage to Park property and extra accommodation nights used but not paid for on departure.

Scoot-a-long do not accept groups of young people.

5 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES.
Holiday accommodation is available from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. Off-season these times may be flexible at Scoot-a-longs discretion but during peak holiday time please assume these to be correct.

6 BEHAVIOUR
Scoot-a-long reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any person not complying with the booking conditions or behaving in a way that it is detrimental to Scoot-a-long  and the park or the comfort of other visitors, in these circumstances the party will not be entitled to a refund.

7 VEHICLES. 
Commercial vehicles, vans and boats are not allowed on site without authorisation from the park manager, consent can be refused without explanation. Only one vehicle per pitch is allowed any extra vehicles must be booked in at reception, for security reasons vehicles must have a Dolphin holiday badge/sticker prominently displayed.

8 CHILDREN
Signatory is responsible for both behaviour and welfare of children whilst in the park, children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all time whilst in the park and after dark children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, Non swimmers and children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult whilst using the swimming pool.

9 PETS
Scoot-a-long does allow pets but they must be kept under control at all times and not allowed to wander freely, the must be on a leash

10 LIABILITIES
Scoot-a-longs total liability to the booking party in respect of any claim arising from your stay shall not exceed the total cost of you holiday.  Scoot-a-long cannot be held responsible for any loss to the booking party may suffer as a result of any act by any person other than the scoot-a-long committee. Scoot-a-long cannot accept liability whatsoever for any personal property damaged, lost, or stolen whilst the booking party is using our caravan. We also shall have no liability for any matter that is not brought to our attention or the park management during your party’s stay. We cannot refund any monies as a result of inclement weather
11 LOST PROPERTY
If you find you have left something behind if you contact us we will at your expense return it to you if found, anything not claimed within 28 days scoot-a-long will dispose at their discretion.
